The UK’s best bridal accessories supplier

This year’s British Bridal Exhibition in Harrogate was our best ever; having been to nearly 50 BBEHs, that is quite a claim! Our beautiful stand space was so well received by our visitors and our headdresses shone on the catwalk; watch this space for some pictures over the coming weeks.

There is no doubt, however, that the best moment of the show was being awarded the Retail Bridalwear Association’s “Best Accessories Supplier” award for 2010.

The RBA award is the only bridal industry award which is anonymously voted for by bridal shops. We cannot thank our loyal customers enough for showing so publicly their support for our quality of service and design.

The award is a welcome return to form for us, having previously won the award in both 2007 and 2008. Three out of four awards is wonderful, but we hope to make it four out of five next September!

BBEH: Visit M30 for Mother of the Bride and Occasion wear accessories

The Boutique Collection is lucky in that it has four shows a year, so we get the opportunity to meet some of our customers regularly at both Moda and BBEH shows.

This September’s BBEH promises to have some fantastic new styles of hats and fascinators after our most successful Moda show yet in August.

Fascinators include the addition of the versatile fabric crin, which has been used creatively by our design team to create height and shape without weighing down the wearer.

Beautiful origami flowers adorn both our hats and fascinators, which are available in a huge range of colours.

Our highly skilled milliners have perfected the art of overlaying lace onto sinamay which results in stunning eye-catching results like this:

M29: The Prettiest Petticoats at BBEH

We are very excited that Blue Ribbon Petticoats – ‘the pretty petticoats’ – are back again this BBEH after a fantastic reception at BBEH March.

This BR21 was a great success last show and should prove even more popular as gown designers combine the fishtail look with a short train.

Our bestselling petticoat – the BR1 – will also be on display. Fantastic value, it has a single hoop, great for keeping a bride’s dress out from under her feet, and a lovely ribbon edge for a touch of luxury.

We are also very pleased to have sourced brand new laces for our petticoats, which add that feminine touch. The only place to see them is on stand M29!

Our friendly, knowledgeable dynamic duo of William Dicks and Jennifer Barton will be back this show to warmly welcome you to the Blue Ribbon Petticoat stand.
