Our professional sales team includes four full-time sales representatives in the UK and six sales representatives in the USA who will be happy visit you by appointment. They will bring a selection of our best-selling items to your door so that you can experience what Richard Designs is really about. They all have extensive knowledge in the bridal wear industry and can provide ideas for matching to your dress collections and the feel of your shop.

We have a full range of brochures that can be sent to you on request. We can either send a paper copy to your address, or email a PDF copy to you from which you can then conveniently print your own copies. Simply call or email to request a brochure.

There are some important points to remember when considering stocking Richard Designs products:

No minimum order

We have no minimum order for shops, so you can buy just a few sample pieces and try them out before committing to taking a broader range of products.

Mixing and matching

We design all of our products in-house and this means that we have a coherent collection of veils, tiaras and jewellery which can be matched to complement each other and current dress trends, making it easier for you to sell a top-to-toe look to your brides.

Colour ways

As all of our products are made to order we can easily create colour ways to suit the needs of your brides. We can match to any swatches of colour you send us (advanced notice is welcome) to ensure your bride gets the perfect look for herself, and her attendants.

Delivery times

All of our products are made to order and during the busy spring and summer seasons this means delivery times are around 4 weeks, the earlier you place your order the better. However, we can rush through urgent orders if required (for example if your bride decides on a veil at the last minute) and it isn’t unheard of for us to receive an order at 12 o’clock on a Friday for a wedding on Saturday and deliver it with time to spare! We pride ourselves on having an unbeatable service and are here to cater for every concern you may have.

We constantly strive to beat our customers’ expectations and go above-and-beyond the call of duty to provide advice and assistance should customers have queries regarding any aspect of their order, or even their shop.

Designs

It’s in our name and it influences everything we do; our superb design team is made up of experienced and talented designers from every department which means we can create inspirational designs, which also work as a single collection, across the company. We are constantly working on new designs and release two collections a year; in the spring, and in the autumn. We have followed this pattern for more than 18 years. Both of these are traditionally debuted at the British Bridal Exhibition in Harrogate, which we attend twice a year, every year. We are also always excited to hear what customers might like to see in the new collection and welcome comments throughout the year on what your take on the latest trends and fashions are, particularly in your region.

We never discontinue any of our designs, so your samples will never become out of date or worthless and you can re-order from them for as long as you so please.

Exhibitions

Every year we exhibit at the MODA show in Birmingham and twice at the Harrogate Bridal Exhibition. We think this is a great way for you to come and view a larger assortment of our new designs, best sellers and the broad range of colour ways we can offer. It is also a fantastic opportunity to get to know the faces behind the designs as we always have not only sales representatives but also designers and workroom staff in attendance. This allows you to discuss in detail any requirements or suggestions you might have.
