Finding a Bridal Shop

We very strongly recommend that you do not buy your bridal wear online. For such important one off purchases the risk is very high. We have heard stories from brides that have received the wrong item, counterfeit items, have ordered early but not received the item by their wedding date etc. All Richard Designs stockists are known by us to be reliable, helpful and knowledgeable. We urge you to go to your local bridal shop and they will be able to meet your exact requirements by liaising with us about your particular needs.

Our workrooms are located in England and all of our products are made to order, which means that we will not miss the deadline you set us. We can even help out if another company has let you down; during the busy summer months almost every week we’ll be sending out items to help brides in distress (sometimes even the day before the wedding!). Our aim as a company is to help make your day as special and stress-free as possible and we are constantly at your service. Working in partnership with retailers means we can provide the best possible customer service; cutting corners by buying online isn’t worth the risk on the happiest day of your life!
