My dream wedding…..now that’s easy! I have dreamt about the location of my wedding ever since i started my first job selling holidays in 1996 and it hasnt changed much in all those years, I always envisaged it being in a glamourous caribbean location and very low-key, with perhaps a steel band playing and a nice seafood meal in a beachside restaurant after the ceremony. As the years have passed, not much has changed, except I managed to research, and narrow down, the perfect location for my wedding. It would be at The Cloisters on Paradise Island, Bahamas, which are the remains of a 14th-century French monastery which was transported to the island in the 1920′s. The backdrop is totally spectacular! A dusk ceremony, followed by that seafood meal I mentioned earlier. That’s it. Simple, but perfect!
Obviously we are speaking as if money is no object, and altho this wedding wouldn’t actually cost that much in itself, it’s the huge costs around travel for my fiancés HUGE
family which would be the expensive part, which is why we are now marrying in this
country, which altho isn’t the Bahamas, is still pretty much my dream wedding, just different!
My Dream Wedding would have to be … hhhmmmm… set in a traditional church. It would be filled with the most beautiful flowers for the time of year, which would have to be summer!
A giant floral heart on the church gates leading family and friends in for the service. Flower petals to be thrown, scattering the floor, by my flower girl.
I am to be brought to the church in a white VW Camper Van with a huge bow on the front!
Having a small Manchester Black and Tan Terrier wearing a teal bow, lead down the aisle with the rings in tow.
My 5 bridesmaids each holding part of my Lace Virginia Romantica Dress, complete with my Long Crystal Veil covering my face… ready to meet my one and only.
After the ceremony, to be taken to an old English country manor with champagne and strawberries on arrival. Surrounded by fields and fields of green grass and family and friends.
A fabulous gourmet 3 course meal, plenty of drink, music and fun for all involved.
Then it is my time to shine, after speeches and our first dance to ‘She’ – Elvis Costello, I will perform and beautiful selection of songs.
Then outside we go for for traditional ice cream from the ice cream man in his van! Surrounded by fireworks.

My dream wedding would be…hopefully the wedding I am planning at the moment! A traditional church of england service, in our local church, filled to the brim with all our family, friends and loved ones, the service not too long but full of love and emotion. Then a good old knees up in a marquee in my Mum and Dad’s garden! Fab music, fun, laughter, and a packed dancefloor all night long. What more could a girl ask for? Jo x
My dream wedding would have everyone I love there. That is the most important thing. A day where everyone feels special. An intimate ceremony in my local church being married by the priest I have known all my life. It would be lovely if my dog could take part, wearing a collar of roses or a big bow tie.
The style of the wedding would be soft, romantic, classic and personal to us. Tables would be named after each of our special places. I would be wearing my size 2 Mischkla Badgley shoes and a dress that suits me to a T – and not too heavy for the summer’s day. In my dream wedding it is going to be sunny and lovely and warm. Ideally the room would be fragrant with roses, lilies and fuchsias. Everyone would dance and not get sore feet. The cake would be carefully decorates with sugar roses and lily of the valley.
If I could have a DREAM wedding my wedding would be two in one… my fiancé is from Guatemala and they are not able to make it to our wedding this year so my first wedding would be at the church in the city of Guatemala its from decades ago and the ceiling has clouds and the benches are a beautiful gold color and they play the violin’s for free, I would get married in a coture dress with a long train and I would put branches on the sides of the isles with uplighting in light blue to match the ceiling full of clouds. I would also have my cake match the clouds with hints of gold to match the church. because the reception is actually right outside of this beautiful church! right under the stars in Guatemala. My second part would be in Rhode Island which is actually happening december 9th of this year! with our families in the United States who can actually go! its a winter wedding the gold chairs for the ceremony with faux fur as chair toppers with an isle runner that says when two become one with roses lined up on either side of the isle runner! with christmas tress lined up on the side of the arch where we are getting married. My dress is a jasmine couture dress and the bottom is covered in hand sewn rose with diamond accent middles. My flowers are jumbo calla lilies with silver ribbon to cover the stems.my bridesmaids are in short black dressed with deep red roses. With red uplighting behind the stage where we re getting married. Followed by the reception where each guest will receive an ornament to take home, and the kids will be able to take home these AWESOME kid cups that have the glitter and Santa’s that moves around when you shake the glass! followed by dinner we are having a light specialist come in and do this laser star field where the dance floor looks like a sky with stars that twinkle and clouds that go by its so beautiful looking!! and the venue is completely unlighted with red and white to give it the wow effect. My dream wedding couldn’t be any more real and the only thing that makes it a DREAM wedding is being able to have mine and my fiancé’s ENTIRE family with us on our special day even if that means dreaming of having two!
My dream wedding would be held in Phuket, Thailand. Tropical breezes would dance with my veil, as my new husband and I walked across white sands together. We would enjoy colourful cocktails with our nearest and dearest, dine by candlelight and then watch fireworks as the sun set on our most beautiful day in paradise.
My dream wedding would be in a place that doesn’t actually exist. I’d transport the New York Public Library to Bora Bora, and have the ceremony in the library and the reception on the beach. The pictures would be amazing! There would be lots of local (friendly) animals milling around, and the Rolling Stones would be present as our entertainment. I’d wear a custom Reem Acra gown, and my Richard Designs veil would be lovely.
My dream wedding is the one ive been dreaming about since I was a little girl.. i use to put anything i could find on my head and pretend it was a veil.. so winning one is probably a good idea as who knows what i’ll end up with on my head lol..My dream wedding would be A Big Family occasion in my local beautiful church where i have been going from young.. it would be in the summer.. it would be a close friend and family occasion where everyone anxiously awaits for my arrival.. as the organist plays the brides march everyone turns to look at me, “a bag of nerves”as i take my walk up the ailse in my stunning dress with that has so much detail of crystals and pearls shimmering in the sunlight. a catherdral veil also glittering. like a princess
i’d be holding tight onto my dad as the nerves overtake towards the man i have loved for 14yrs.my best friend my soul mate. with my 2 little girls beside me as bridesmaids 
the atmosphere is amazing as we sing and the bells ring..
Then we have a stunning location for our wedding breakfast butterflies as my theme.. and we party all day and all night to celebrate the next chapter of our married lives together xx
Our dream wedding will happen on a Scottish Island this September! People coming from all over the UK for a weekend of whisky, seafood and ceildh dancing! We will be piped into a beautiful church overlooking the sea to get married in front of our friends and family and then head to the beach for some amazing pictures (weather permitting!) The reception will be in the village hall with the best of Scottish produce for eating and plenty of whisky for drinking! Then we will join our guests for some wild ceildh dancing late into the night! x
My dream wedding would be the one I am currently planning but with my grandmother still here to see me walk down the aisle wearing her pearls in the dress that we spoke of. I know it sounds plain and simple but that would be my dream wedding as impossible as it is
My dream wedding is easy!! (as it is for most brides!!!) I am getting married in South Africa where I was born, and having my family meet us there for the celebrations! If money was no object though, I would pay for everyone’s flights to be there at no cost to themselves, all the accommodation, and have the best week ever !!
Our dream wedding if money was no object would be a ceremony on one of the islands of the Maldives. The country is so exquisitely beautiful, with the sand and sea and gorgeous views, and it would be so amazing to be able to hire out an entire hotel for all our friends and family and have them there for a week long all expenses paid celebration!! I wish

My dream wedding is the one I’m planning just now!! Very Scottish affair, in the heart of Edinburgh complete with a piper to play me down the aisle to the grooms party lined up in their kilts. Traditional seating is out the window, no bride and grooms side…just everyone in a semi circle around us. The favours are LED tealights in a beautiful latern so they never go out (so long as you keep changing the battery!). The cake is tiered cheese rounds as my husband to be and I love nothing more than a good cheeseboard! The theme is vintage and my bouquet will be made of brooches and jewellery from my family and husband to be’s family so that it can be kept forever :0) There is to be loads of candles everywhere and vintage pick rose petals.
Wearing our crystal veil down the aisle will have heads turning!! The crystals will reflect the candle light and compliment my crystal bouquet perfectly!!

What makes my wedding a dream wedding?? My fiance! Marrying him is the dream rather than the location! I just want to make sure I look the best I can when walking towards him (which your crystal veil would help to achieve).
My dream wedding – It would be set in a traditional church, the organ would play (probably the match of the day theme tune-he loves football and O want to surprise him!!) and it would just be so lovely to see him turn to face me as I walk down the aisle. I can’t wait to see his face when he sees my beautiful dress (and hopefully veil!!) It will be a small reception with our closest friends and family to make our day super special. I can’t wait until 17th August when we can finally tie the knot!! =)
I would love to get married in the hamptons !! or an amazing wedding would be in a place like Zanzibar, i would love to be able to have enough money to fly everyone there and home again, for a long celebration with our closest friends and family!
My Dream Wedding? Easy.
It would be in the Temple Garden of Cholmondeley Castle in Cheshire on a beautiful sunny day in May. It would be a real fairytale with the castle and the lake as the backdrop!
Cholmondeley Castle is close to my family home, and as a child I always used to dream of getting married there. I have so many fond memories of special times spent there with my nan, who sadly is no longer with us. Unfortunately though, its a private residents, without a wedding venue licence so I’m unable to have my lifelong dream come true.
In reality, I will be marrying the man of my dreams on 26th May 2012, so what else do I need for it to be just perfect?!
My dream wedding would be marrying my dream man! Obviously! I would start off with a traditional church ceremony, with a huge isle to show off my beautiful dress and veil. Then travelling in style in my silver Rolls Royce Phantom to an exclusive country house hotel, overlooking corn fields. Where there would be enough rooms for all my special guests to stay over. After a beautiful five course meal, the real party starts! With a Beatles tribute band and a hog roast we would dance the night away. In the morning (when we are all a bit fragile!) all my guests would meet in the dining room of the hotel for a fry up. What a fabulous day!!
There are lots of things I would like to do differently for our wedding. We couldn’t afford our dream venue and there are always lots of smaller things that would make the day better but money is used for bigger things. We are making the most of the things that count and my dream wedding is our wedding in July. In our local church with all our friends and family and my man waiting with a smile. And I can’t wait to see our 4 year old in his suit with a smile on his face and a kiss for his mummy. He’s more excited than us.

we are going for a classic vintage summer wedding. my bridesmaids will be wearing dusky pink dresses which are shorter at the front and long at the back for a summery look, and the guys will be wearing silver/grey suits with light blue. we are having a sweetie buffet and a bbq main, something abit different and being in summer will be something everyone enjoys! we will serve canapes & champagne for starters as abit of luxury.
we are having a beautiful chruch wedding with the reception in a country house with amazing grounds. our theme is music so we are having cupcakes as favours with music notes on the top, the table names will be bands with nice lyrics written on the table name,
The room will be decorated with records, some of which I have melted into bowl shapes.
The flowers and decoration of the room will be very classic white/ivory/silver with subtle hints of dusky pink and pale blue. The flowers will be in stall long vases, with heart shaped hand made confetti on the tables made from music books. The bridemaids will hold long stem flowers with long ribbons in our wedding colours as a statement.
our cake will be special as my fiances brother will be making it, this will also have delicate music notes on it with a ceramic personalised bride & groom of us on top.
The best part will be marrying the man of my dreams and having everyone we love around us.
My dream wedding would be in a big manor house with lots of grounds for photographs. my dream wedding is being planned as we speak. im not a one for want as i think you dont need loads of money for a dream wedding, our wedding will be a simple wedding, marrying my soul mate in a converted barn with my close friends and family. we are having a toast master that my god father is going to act as, we are set to have a 2 couse meal in the afternoon followed by cupcakes made by my friend, then a disco in the evening, the DJ is my fiance’s uncle. we are having music and songs that all have meaning to us, our family and friends.

Every little girl dreams of being a princess for a day………and that day is her wedding day! Let me share my dream with you…my day begins by stepping carefully down into a small boat, a beautiful decorated gondola, the person sitting next to me holds my hand lovingly and delicately, with a tear in their eye, as we set off down the narrow canals. We arrive at a small set of steps, a red carpet leads the way to the entrance of the church. I stand posed with butterflies and happiness, and turn to the person next to me, they gently give me a look that says everything is perfect, this is what ive dreamed a lifetime through!!! They place my veil and as I turn I kiss my Mum and tell how wonderful she is and how proud I am that she is standing beside me, about to walk me down the aisle! The church door opens, the harpist begins to play and I see my future husband standing,he gives me a smile that fills me with excitement. I think “there is nowhere else in the world I’d rather be” this is my dream come true! Now I’ve shared this with you, as though telling it like it were a story well the reality is that I’m arranging my wedding right now, small, intimate, traditional wedding set in Venice, Italy. It hasn’t been long planned as I’ve like every little princess I’ve dress rehearsed this day in my head for many many years. The veil is the last piece of the puzzle…… The princess becomes a bride. X
My dream wedding is happening, because I am marrying my best friend and soulmate!
We’re marrying in a stately hotel within picturesque country grounds in the Kentish countryside. The service will be intimate with our favourite personal songs playing throughout. The day is tailored to our theme of lovebirds, mint green and peach, and my slight obsession with typography!I have a gorgeous ivory dress with bead detailing and would love an ivory elbow length veil to match as I’m having my hair down and tousled. As we’re paying for all our 70 guests to stay overnight at the hotel without asking for donations (eek!) we’ve been left a wee bit skint!
My dream wedding would be at a place local to me called towneley hall. It is beautiful and set in fantastic grounds….I can wish!

I know that is a dream…………..the weather to be perfect sunshine! My groom to be able to get his outfit that he dreams of! Most of all it to be stress free and for everything to run smoothly! Memories that will last forever!

My dream wedding would be to my now boyfriend. Just me and him surrounded by friends and family. A normal wedding, white dress, some sort of flowers…. with a slight twist. Everyone comes as ZOMBIES! my dress would be ripped and torn, with red splatters – either that or me and the groom in normal and everyone else in zombie style that way all the pictures would look like we’d been invaded

Mine is a beautiful italian city wedding, surrounded by amazing food and music, I would have a vintage style dress which would look like it was from a classic movie. Everyone would be smiling as the sun was so bright and we would drink processco until midnight!!
My dream wedding would be in Dubai. Get married on the beach and go back to the Atlantis hotel for the time of our lives in a luxury suite. I wouldn’t take anyone with us, no family or friends. I would have a beautiful traditional wedding dress and a sparkly ring but that would be the only traditional things I do. The rest would be pure indulgence in Dubai

We’re having a registry office of close friends and family the all having fish and chips at our home in the garden which we have spent the last 4years doing up, then hiring a cheap and cheerful hall for a knees up in the evening. It’s lts of hard work, but I can coose everything I want right down to the coloured napkins. I can’t wait.

My dream wedding would take place on the deck of a luxurious cruise ship whilst sailing the Norwegian Fjords, with the Northern lights highlighting the sky all around us. If money was no object I would pay for all our family and friends to experience our dream wedding day with us and to witness the beautiful natural drama of the Northern Lights.
I want to get married in Caerphilly castle. It’s the 2nd biggest in Europe and is at the end of my street! I would have a church wedding then the evening party at the castle with a hog roast and men in kilts! A barn dance would also be ideal!
My dream wedding would be a simple runaway wedding at The Valley of Fire, USA. Just me and my other half and nobody else. Then when we return home a big family party.
My dream wedding would involve over the top celebration! My fiancé and I always remind each other how blessed we are to have a great support system of family and friends. Without their love and support, we don’t how successful or happy we’d be. With that said, our wedding could be anywhere in the world, as long as our family and friends of limited means could be there to participate. If they could just have one night of elegance and decadence, that would be our dream. Food, drink and music to celebrate our new lives as one and to honor those who helped us along the way!

My dream wedding will be in June when I marry the man of my dreams surrounded by all of our friends and family. It will be a country village affair with locals being roped in to help.
