Dress your Dress: Richard Designs Catherine
7 December 2017
This week we are dressing up one of our new mikado bridal gowns from the new Richard Designs dress collection. This dress is pure sophistication and has a bateau neckline with pretty lace detailing at the waist and on the shoulders.
Left: Richard designs lace veil - C527A, Centre: Richard Designs hair vine - TR2402A, Right: Richard Designs bridal dress - RDB1079, Underneath: Richard Designs hair vine - TR2402A, Below: Richard Designs pearl bracelet - P896B and matching earrings -P896E.
Pair this gown with a pretty pearl and crystal hair vine like our new style TR2402A. Hair vines are great for slotting into a variety of hair styles, they are flexible so can be wrapped around up dos or worked into plaits. See more of our hair vine collection here.
This gown has inverted pleats at the back of the skirt to provide fullness to the train, making it a great dress to wear with a long veil. Our new lace applique veil, C527A has an organic shaped corded lace at the train, complete with a touch of crystal and delicate beaded leaves. The perfect veil to add a hint of lace at the train of a plain satin, mikado or crepe gown. See more veils here.
If you wanted to remove your veil for the evening and add a new accessory you could think about wearing some cascading back jewellery. The V-shaped back on this dress would make it easy to wear back jewellery for a glamorous touch for the evening do. See our recent blog post on our new back jewellery styles here.
