Flower Girl Dresses Fit for a Royal Wedding
2 May 2018
We have a beautiful new range of flower girl dresses from our collection just launched. Take a closer look at our new Mikado, lace and satin styles in our moodboards below. We have selected some of our favourite styles, looking at past Royal Wedding flower girl designs.
Pippa's flowergirls wore cute knee length ivory dresses with capped sleeves and a coloured sash complete with bows at the back. The bridal party included Princess Charlotte and Prince George, who is pictured at the front. We can't wait to see if Princess Charlotte will be a flowergirl for her Uncle Harry's upcoming wedding in a couple of weeks!
Royal flower girl dresses traditionally have capped sleeves and full, plain skirts. See our styles above with lace details and dainty short sleeves.
If you are looking for a vintage lace look for your flowergirls, see our long sleeved styles RDF1026 and RDF1010. For a dress with a touch of colour, our lace capped sleeve style RDF1020 has layerd lace with a hint of champagne and a pretty champagne underlay.
These three flower girl dresses all have beautiful bows on the back and full gathered skirts. Bows have been a traditional choice on flower girl dresses through Royal history, as seen at Princess Diana's wedding and Kate Middleton's. Bows are a classic choice and are so cute! We love our new style RDF1028 with the pretty curly edged hem and luxurious satin sash and bow on the back.
This full Mikado flowergirl dress RDF1022 would be a classic choice. The pretty bow on the back will look timeless in your wedding photos. Another of our favourite new styles is our mikado and guipure lace style, RDF1021.
For an alternative in satin and tulle with a touch of sparkle, see our RDF1032.
