WHAT WILL I GET IN MY VEIL BOX?
Each month we will include a brand new veil sample, with a value of at least £70. We may include two veils in your box to make sure each box is worth at least £70. They will always be new or top-selling designs that you haven’t had before, personally chosen by the design team to perform well in your store.
WHAT WILL I GET IN MY ACCESSORY BOX?
Each month we will include a brand-new headpiece, jewellery or belt sample, with a value of at least £70. We may include two or even three pieces in your box to make sure each box is worth at least £70. They will always be new or top-selling designs that you haven’t had before, personally chosen by the design team to perform well in your store.
WHAT IF I DON’T LIKE THE STYLES I RECEIVE?
We want you to love your new accessories, so if you aren’t 100% in love with your accessory or veil box contents just let us know and we will swap the styles.
IS THERE A MINIMUM COMMITMENT?
We’re so confident you will love being a curated member that there’s no minimum commitment required. You decide on how long you’d like to be a curated member, and you’re not locked into a minimum amount of boxes.
WHEN WILL MY BOX SHIP?
We will send boxes out in the second week of every month, starting in January 2024. If you sign up after the first day of the month, your benefits will start on the first day of the next month, and your box will ship in the second week of that month. For example, if you sign up on 20th January, your benefits will start on the 1st February and your box will ship in the second week of February.
WHAT’S INCLUDED IN MY MEMBERSHIP?

WHO CAN BECOME A MEMBER?
Curated Membership is open to all Richard Designs stockists in the UK.
HOW DO I SIGN UP?
You can call or email us to reserve your first box, or click here to sign up online. Memberships will start from January 2024, with the first boxes shipping in the second week of the new year.
WHAT IF I WANT TO CANCEL?
You can cancel at any time, but you will no longer receive your accessory or veil box, and your free shipping will end from the last day of the month your membership ends. To cancel simply email the customer service team. Cancellations must be made at least at least 7 days before the end of the month.
HOW WILL I KNOW WHAT’S IN MY NEXT BOX?
We’ll email you around 10 days before your box ships showing you what’s included. We’ll also add in image and video downloads for each product, so you can share pictures and videos on social as soon as you receive your box in-store.
