Sales & Marketing is the hub of our business and where the buying experience begins for our customers. We photograph and video product, present it to our customers through our websites, brochures and catwalk events, and help them to select the best product for their stores. In a period of growth, we are looking to expand our marketing reach and depth of engagement, with incredible visuals and a strong brand message key for our sales strategy.
Tasks Include:
Email Marketing
- Writing copy for emails
- Using images and videos to put together eye-catching, effective emails.
Social Media Marketing
- Manage social media channels including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest and YouTube.
- Post a minimum of 12 posts a week and daily stories.
- Engage with followers through comments, posts and direct messages. Refer customer service and sales queries to the correct team members.
- Assisting on photoshoots to create BTS content.
- Attend trade shows and sales events to provide social coverage.
- Styling of product and content creation including on models and flat lays
- Report marketing results and suggest strategies to improve performance.
Copywriting
- Writing blogs and other website content
- Writing product descriptions, keeping focused on SEO and keywords
Keeping the website up to date
- Helping to add products to the website.
- Adding new images
- Changing featured products
- Keeping existing pages up to date
Digital Marketing
- Support the wider marketing team with digital marketing tasks.
- Report marketing results and suggest strategies to improve performance.
- Working with the press to ensure they are kept up to date with the latest photos and videos.
- Share content through digital marketing channels including email marketing, social and blog.
